Terms of service
By commissioning me, you are just purchasing my artistic services. Unless otherwise agreed upon, I maintain copyrights to my work, including but not limited to the ability to disseminate, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion.
1. I accept commissions for Personal use only.
2. Please email all inquiries to [email protected] or dm to my Twitter @manggashakees
3. May do edits at the sketch stage and colors changing
• Significant revisions made past the rough sketch stage will have a fee applied.
4. Payment will be requested when the sketch is approved. The method of payment will be PayPal only.
5. Turnaround time will be one week~ one month, depending on the complexity of the commission and the artists' schedule.
• If your illustration requires a due date, please specify. Rush orders will require a fee.
7. Most commissions will be posted on my social media publicly unless requested otherwise.
I reserve the right to refuse any job or client at any time for any reason.
• Client may post the work as long as they credit the artist.
• Client cannot modify the artwork.
• Unless the design belongs to the client, I reserve the right to utilize rejected sketches for any future project, personal or otherwise.9. I do not accept refunds when the artist finishes the commission. I accept refunds when I send a WIP or preview. The buyer is not happy with it.
10. Prices are not negotiable unless we're talking about extras. The artwork is at its original price, but I might increase the price slightly for the character complexity.
